Admin & HR Executive

MAP GROUP OF COMPANIES

HR ADMINISTRATION:
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
• Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized office environment.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Organize and maintain company files and documentation (including all type of contracts, agreements, permissions, certifications, etc).
• Assist with general office administration tasks (including the utility payments of all associated locations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• visa relevant documentation: 1 year (Required)
