• Description:*
International Medical Supplies LLC is seeking a reliable Admin and Logistics Officer with a background in commerce and proficiency in Tally. The ideal candidate should be experienced in administrative tasks, logistics coordination, and product delivery.
• Key Responsibilities:*
– Perform administrative duties, including managing records and coordinating office activities.
– Handle logistics and delivery of products efficiently.
– Maintain accurate financial records using Tally.
– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
– Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers and clients.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
– Maintain a valid UAE driving license for delivery tasks.
• Requirements:*
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
– Proficiency in Tally software.
– Proven experience in administration, logistics, and delivery.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
– Male candidate.
– Valid UAE driving license.
