The Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated and conscientious individuals to join our Admin and Clerical teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of our services and providing the best possible experience for patients and their families. Whether you’re managing patient records, booking appointments, coordinating care pathways, or providing essential business support, your contribution will play a vital role in the success of our organisation.

If you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are organised and able to manage deadlines effectively, and have a focus on delivering exceptional service, we’ll have a role to suit you.

We offer a variety of roles, including ward clerks, medical secretaries, personal assistants, receptionists, health records staff, payroll advisors, switchboard operators, and clinical coders. There are also opportunities in operational and specialist areas, such as recruitment officers, HR advisors, project officers, and administration managers and many more. With clear career development pathways, you’ll have every chance to grow your skills and progress.

In addition, we also support apprenticeships, including administration and IT apprenticeships, giving you the opportunity to gain qualifications while working. Many of our team members have developed their careers with us, moving from entry-level roles to senior management positions.
