Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Analyst role in North York, you will hold the following responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing:
-Manage receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections
-Apply payments, issue credits, and reconcile customer balances
-Resolve invoice/payment issues directly with clients
-Create and distribute credit memos promptly via the ERP system
Contract Management:
-Maintain accurate contract data in ERP, including pricing and expiry dates
-Monitor and manage contract lifecycles to meet renewal and termination deadlines
-Validate rebate terms and ensure accurate reporting in ERP and related systems
-Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure contracts are well-executed and understood
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
-Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and provide insights
-Conduct margin analysis and collaborate with relevant departments to understand cost drivers
-Support Sales with pricing and discount evaluations
-Drive reporting improvements and contribute to process enhancements
-Generate routine financial and performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
To be eligible for this Accounts Receivable Analyst role in North York, you will need the following qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, contract administration, or financial analysis
-Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics)
-Prior experience in a cross-functional role involving Finance, Sales, and Operations is preferred
