Job description
We are an IT Services & Solutions Provider based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, offering IT support services to clients across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. As we expand, we seek a self-driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining day-to-day accounting and data entry in the Zoho Books Accounting system.
• Complying with all UAE company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Computing & filing taxes (UAE VAT & Corporate Tax).
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyzing financial records to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly Statements.
• Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals.
• Performing reconciliations of clients’ bank accounts to ensure the accuracy of cash records.
• Entering clients’ transactional data into the accounting system.
• Recording clients’ petty cash transactions in the petty cash journal.
• Ensuring that all office expenditures remain within budget.
• Job Costing & Tracking.
• Monthly Employee Performance & Cost Calculation, to determine if they are an asset or liability to the company.
• Review and calculate employee reimbursements for necessary work-related expenses.
• Preparing Costing, Purchase Orders & Invoices, if needed.
• Managing Purchases and Inventory.
• Entering, updating & maintaining clear & correct data into the ERP.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books).
• The ability to multitask.

Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Proven experience working as an Accountant or similar role.
• Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures.
• Minimum 4+ Years of experience in a similar role.
• Good Command over the English Language is a must.
• Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
• Excellent professional image.

Pay:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month
