Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus for leadership roles.Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is highly desirable.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing within a corporate or public accounting environment.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages can be advantageous for international dealings.Strong technical skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel capabilities are essential.Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling accurate financial assessments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.High degree of integrity and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive financial information.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
