Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Head to lead our hiring operations. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, where you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring we attract top talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and hiring best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment for real estate, commercial brokers, or transport industries is a plus.
