As we expand our capabilities, we need forward-thinking leaders who can shape sourcing strategies and deliver value far beyond savings. What You ll Deliver You will lead the category strategy for all services and infrastructure procurement, aligning sourcing with operational planning, capital projects, and business transformation goals. You will oversee high-value, complex service contracts in areas such as facilities management, consulting, marketing, legal, and HR ensuring best-in-class performance and commercial value. You will establish supplier governance frameworks and performance regimes, embedding compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across all vendor engagements. You will partner with executive stakeholders across Facilities, HR, Legal, and Communications to influence demand planning, shape service delivery models, and align budgets with strategic priorities. You will lead team capability development, drive procurement digitalization, and embed a culture of commercial excellence and data-driven decision making. What You Bring You’ll have a bachelor s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain is required; a master s degree or MBA is preferred. A recognized professional certification such as CIPS (MCIPS/FCIPS) or equivalent is highly desirable. You’ll have at least 7-10 years of experience in strategic procurement, including 5+ years in a senior sourcing role focused on infrastructure, facilities, or professional services. You’ll have proven experience managing multi-service frameworks, leading commercial negotiations, and implementing supplier governance structures in complex service environments. You’ll have a strong record of cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving transformation across teams and procurement processes.
