The candidate will work as a supervisor for a family residing in Sharjah. The applicant should have experience of medical/home care/nursing knowledge and administrative abilities. Promotes and enhances the family’s health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning in the special needs. Monitoring medication schedules and ensuring communication and supervision two nurses and household staff. Directs, mentors, develops, staff schedules and providing performance reviews. Promote personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety for all family members. We need a female candidate who should be 40 years and above with a strong personality, capable of good and convincing communication managing the five support staff. She will monitor everyone’s tasks according to the agreed action plan. Part time candidates may apply too. A Filipino national is preferred as all the staff including the two nurses are same nationality.
