Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team at a prestigious university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies.
Duties
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to enhance the educational experience
• Mentor and guide students through their academic journey
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and assessment strategies
• Incorporate research-based practices into teaching methodologies
• Provide timely feedback to students to support their learning progress
Requirements
• Previous experience in higher education teaching or related field
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Strong understanding of learning technologies and their applications in an educational setting
• Ability to educate and inspire students towards academic excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective classroom engagement
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
