Full job description

Location – Ear Care Medical Center Jumeriah 1, Dubai UAE

Speciality – Consultant Neurology

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosis & Treatment:

Evaluate and manage neurological conditions such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, migraines, stroke, neuropathies, and neuroinfections.
• Patient Consultations:

Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., EEG, MRI, CT scans).
• Care Planning:

Develop personalised treatment plans, including medication, therapy, and in some cases, referrals for surgical intervention.
• Monitoring & Follow-up:

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and provide long-term care for chronic conditions.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with other healthcare professionals including neurosurgeons, radiologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists.
• Clinical Governance & Standards:

Ensure compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and international clinical protocols.
• Patient Education:

Provide education and support to patients and families about neurological conditions, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments.

Requirements:
• Education:
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Specialist training in Neurology (e.g., MD, DM, MRCP Neurology, or equivalent).
• Licensure:
• DHA Specialist/Consultant License

Skills

Strong diagnostic acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cases
