We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / HR / Bookkeeping Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, handle HR responsibilities, and maintain accurate financial records. This role requires someone who can multitask, ensure compliance, and support overall office operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
• Manage office operations, supplies, and filing systems.
• Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and staff as needed.
Human Resources:
• Handle employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Track staff attendance, leaves, and prepare HR-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Bookkeeping / Accounting:
• Record daily financial transactions (expenses, payments, etc.).
• Handle petty cash and prepare expense reports.
• Assist in payroll preparation and employee salary disbursements.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and track company expenses.
• Coordinate with the external accountant or auditor as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administration, HR, and/or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Office (especially Excel), Zoho books or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting and HR procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
