The Role
About the Client: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. To support their business growth, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to join the HR team and help attract top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities: – Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding. – Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. – Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles. – Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies. – Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers. – Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. – Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. – Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. – 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE. – Previous experience in Real Estate or high-volume hiring. – Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously. – Familiar with UAE labor laws and best hiring practices.
