Qualifications:
• Active RN License: Valid RN license in a specified US state or Canadian province. State licensing assistance is available.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Certification: NCLEX-RN certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS): Certification required.
• Experience: New graduates may be considered at select facilities. Preference is given to candidates with recent bedside nursing experience and a minimum of 1 year in a specialized field.
• Visa Requirements: Visa Screen (CGFNS) or Visa4Nurses (Josef Silny) is a pre-requisite for TN visa (Trade Nafta) eligibility for US nursing assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Provide exceptional, safe, and comprehensive nursing care in alignment with state, hospital, and Joint Commission standards, policies, and procedures.
• Infection Control: Utilize skills and knowledge in universal precautions, asepsis, and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Equipment Management: Monitor and operate healthcare equipment to assess and regulate patient conditions effectively.
• Communication: Engage in clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and optimal outcomes.
