Job Description:
We are seeking a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with proven experience in both cooking and managing a restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both kitchen expertise and the ability to oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cooking Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals using fryers, grills, ovens, and other equipment
• Follow Wing’n It recipes and food safety standards
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Monitor food storage, stock levels, and rotation
Managerial Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Handle inventory control, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Operate and manage POS systems
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle conflict resolution and support a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service kitchen and management role
• Food Handling Certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of fryers, grills, and ovens
• Reliable, creative, and business-minded
• Willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks
• Ability to lead by example and foster teamwork
• Zero tolerance for workplace drama — we are a team-focused environment
• Passion for helping grow the business and bringing ideas to the table
