Full time/Shifts

An industry leader in Chemical Manufacturing are looking to add a Shift Leader to their team based in Liverpool. The company manufacture chemical materials all over the globe and are looking for industry leaders to drive the continuous improvement of the business forward.

The role:
• To lead and motivate the shift team
• Daily check of logs and BPRs to ensure no errors
• Ensuring facility processes are followed
• Deliver baseline Health and Safety and Quality training
• Arrange operator shift cover
• Liaise with other departments to plan and execute engineering activities

The candidate
• Experience of production areas
• Effective time management skills
• Experience of leading shift teams
• Experience of identifying training needs
• Experience of working in a regulated industry
