Job description PhysicsWallah Gulf is seeking dedicated and experienced educators to join our team as faculty members The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching and the expertise to help students master challenging concepts in Math’s. This role is integral to guiding students toward success in some of the most competitive academic exams in India. Role & responsibilities 1. Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE, JEE Main/Advanced. 2. Teaching Excellence: Explain advanced concepts in with clarity, ensuring students build strong problem-solving skills. 3. Individualized Support: Provide personalized attention to address students’ learning needs and challenges. 4. Engagement & Motivation: Create an interactive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation. 5. Assessment & Feedback: Design and administer quizzes, mock exams, and assessments, and provide actionable feedback to improve student performance. 6. Data Analysis: Analyze student performance to identify areas of improvement and refine teaching strategies accordingly. 7. Exam Preparation: Guide students in developing effective study habits and exam preparation techniques. 8. Curriculum Awareness: Stay updated on the latest changes to CBSE, JEE Main/Advanced, exam patterns, syllabi, and trends. 9. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators to share best practices and continuously enhance teaching methodologies. 10. Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Preferred candidate profile 1. Education Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related subject from a recognized institution is mandatory 2. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the CBSE, JEE Main/Advanced, syllabi and exam patterns. Proven experience in coaching students for these competitive exams with a track record of high student performance. 3. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems. 4. Personality Traits: Patience, empathy, and a motivational teaching approach.
