EMPLOYEE JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for monitoring Manpower / KPI / Budget Planning & Analysis / MIS Reporting
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Functions:
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports
Monitoring the Business Plan through the KPI
Comparison of Budget with the Actual (Variance Analysis) and informing the same to Business Management
Supporting all Production division departments
ADHOC Request from Top Management
Prepare Performance & Individual KPI
Participating in preparing a Budget and long-term strategic plan for the company
Presentations for management
Reviewing Project Performance
Work with IT department to automate reporting activities
Reviewing subcontractors work performance and invoices
Reviewing subcontractor invoices
Prepare Project GAP Analysis
Investment Analysis
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in finance or business management or IT
Minimum Experience:
3 + years of experience in Production Analysis and reporting to Management
Contract and Management experience is experience
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of general mechanical drawing, mechanical process and sequence drawing
Good oral and written communication skill in English is MUST
Project Planning Skills
Proficient in MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
