1. Estimation & Cost Analysis -Analyze tender documents to understand scope of work and technical requirements. -Prepare cost estimation sheets based on internal standards and market research. – Coordinate with suppliers and departments to obtain accurate pricing. -Support the development of optimized cost solutions tailored to project needs. 2. Technical Proposal Support -Assist in the preparation of technical submissions aligned with client requirements. -Collaborate with QS, procurement, and operations teams to finalize proposal inputs. -Prepare estimation summaries and reports for management approval. 3. Internal Coordination & Submissions – Work closely with QS, Admin, and BD teams to compile complete bid packages. -Ensure timely delivery of estimation-related documents to meet submission deadlines. – Participate in review meetings to finalize technical and commercial offers. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering. -5-7 years of experience in FM estimation or related engineering disciplines. -Proficient in MS Excel, estimation software, and documentation systems. -Knowledge of FM services and technical systems such as HVAC, MEP, and ELV.
