Teaching Personnel
Job Title: Qualified Tutor
Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary: £25.00 – £30.00 per hour
Job Duties:
• Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students in various subjects
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student learning
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching in a relevant subject area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong subject knowledge in the area of tutoring
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
