Your Mission
Build and run a top-performing, always-on talent pipeline for roles ranging from entry-level (VAs, SDRs) to executive (Growth Marketers, Engineers, Customer Success).
What Youโll Do
๐ Strategy & Planning
Develop a scalable Global TA strategy across digital marketing, SaaS, e-learning, and eCommerce.
Forecast hiring needs and build a sourcing plan using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and outbound headhunting.
Design a compelling EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to attract top talent.
โ Full-Cycle Execution
Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages.
Enable hiring managers through training, SLAs, and scorecard alignment.
โ๏ธ Automation & Tools
Optimize our ATS (Workable) and deploy AI tools for screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement.
Use tools like ChatGPT, sourcing scrapers, and video-interview AI.
๐ Reporting & Metrics
Deliver weekly KPIs: pipeline conversion, cost-per-hire (CPH), DEI ratios.
Track and improve sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill.
๐ Market Intelligence
Maintain live talent maps across key verticals and geographies.
Stay ahead of global hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and remote compliance (EOR, contractor laws).
What You Bring
4+ years of global, full-cycle online recruitment experience in high-growth tech/SaaS or digital agency settings.
Track record of filling 20+ reqs/month across marketing, sales, product, CX, and tech roles.
Expertise in headhunting โ not just job boards.
Proficiency with ATS systems, AI recruitment tools, and async hiring processes.
Experience negotiating in USD, GBP, EUR, and AED; familiar with EOR and compliance.
Metrics-driven, fast-paced, clear communicator who thrives in remote-first teams.
