Job Overview
Cor Pilates is seeking a certified and experienced female Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead group classes in a women-only pilates studio. The ideal candidate is passionate about Pilates, confident in cueing and correction, and committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and effective experience for clients of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Reformer Pilates classes with clear, effective instruction and personalized attention.
• Ensure proper form, safety, and alignment throughout each class.
• Adapt exercises as needed for various fitness levels, injuries, or physical limitations.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and supportive studio environment.
• Arrive on time and manage transitions smoothly between class sessions.
• Contribute to the studio’s community by fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Provide feedback to clients when appropriate and help them progress safely.
• Support studio cleanliness and equipment setup/pack down before and after classes.
Requirements
• Certified in Reformer Pilates from a recognized program
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching Reformer classes.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and Pilates principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
