RAPS is Seeking a part time community resource worker to assist an individual with a Developmental Delay (E14)
Location: South Edmonton
Days: 3 days a week * flexible with days
Hours: 5 hour shifts * flexible but prefer daytime hours
Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to:supporting client in the community in social settings, encouragement of independent life skills (meal planning and preparation, money management, household management ect), employment searching and coaching for inclusive opportunities, support through process and successful placements, encouragement and participation in activities.
Qualifications and Other Requirements: The successful candidate must have a clear criminal record check containing the vulnerable sector, experience working with someone with a Developmental Disability, have the knowledge of community resources available for inclusive opportunities.
