Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to senior management.Budgeting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support strategic business objectives.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial stability and liquidity.Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, payments, and payroll.Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support overall business goals. Experience: Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior staff.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel skills.Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools.
