If you are passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and design — and want to help shape a bold brand in the UAE — this is your chance.You’ll work directly with the CEO and marketing team, helping bring ideas to life and produce scroll-stopping content across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Content Ideation & DevelopmentBrainstorm original, creative content ideas for social media, website, and campaignsKeep up with content trends and competitor activityTranslate marketing goals into engaging visual storiesVideo & Photo ProductionPlan and execute video/photo shoots (props, lighting, equipment, etc.)Capture high-quality video and images tailored for social platformsOperate cameras, lighting, and audio tools with confidenceEditing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into polished final products (sound, graphics, effects)Perform color correction and gradingOptimize content for various platforms and devicesArchive and manage project files efficientlyGraphic Design & Visual ContentCreate product graphics, reels, thumbnails, and social media visualsDesign consistent visuals aligned with the brand’s identityCollaborate on product photography and creative campaignsCollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the CEO and teamCommunicate proactively and incorporate feedbackShow flexibility and a go-getter mindset UAE-based (preferably in Abu Dhabi), aged 18–25, undergraduate student with valid visaOwns personal camera/recording/editing equipment2+ years of experience in video editing, photography, and designProficiency in:Adobe Premiere Pro, After EffectsAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CanvaExperience with motion graphics & animation is a plusStrong storytelling and editing abilitiesPortfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality contentExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailPreferred: Experience in content creation for e-commerce and managing social media platformsPreferred: Arabic Native Language
