Job Title: Home Services Coordinator (clear, fluent English speaking man or woman only)
Department: Facilities Management
Reports to: Operations Manager / Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Home Services Coordinator to support daily operations within our Facilities Management Company. This role involves scheduling, customer service, vendor coordination, documentation, and basic accounting support for a wide range of home maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule home service appointments with clients and technicians.• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Create and manage service documentation, including gate passes, work orders, service reports, quotations and job checklists.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Track and monitor ongoing jobs to ensure completion and quality standards are met.
• Follow up with clients post-service to gather feedback and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, service charges, and assist with invoice preparation.
• Provide basic accounting support, including data entry, invoice tracking, petty cash reconciliation, and report generation
.• Use accounting software (such as QuickBooks) for billing, payment tracking, and expense reporting
.• Maintain inventory records for tools, materials, and supplies.• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
.• Support the onboarding and coordination of new staff and subcontractors
.• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordination, customer service, or administrative roles in facilities or home services
• Strong documentation and administrative skills, including gate pass preparation and service record keeping
• Basic accounting knowledge with hands-on experience using accounting systems like QuickBooks, Tally, Peachtree or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must have
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
