Calm and Co is a tranquil wellness studio located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. We specialize in a variety of wellness services, including yoga, pilates, and fitness classes. Our goal is to provide our clients with holistic experiences that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a calm and peaceful environment. At Calm and Co, we aim to combine ancient wellness techniques with modern practices to create a truly rejuvenating experience for our clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless and can also deliver a warm and memorable coffee experience.

Age Requirement: 22 – 35 years old
Nationality: All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including floors, restrooms, studio spaces, and lounge areas
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
• Restock supplies as needed (toiletries, cleaning products, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café/barista station

Cafe Assistant Duties:
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
• Keep the barista station clean and organized
• Assist with simple food prep (if applicable)
• Handle payments and operate the POS system

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or cleaner is preferred
• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willing to learn and grow with the team
