Marketing and Social Media Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing and Social Media Content Creator to join our team. You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content, editing marketing materials, and driving our social media presence. If you have a design background, are skilled in video editing, and know how to leverage AI tools for content creation, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging social media posts and marketing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Use AI tools to help streamline and enhance content creation
Design and edit marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets
Produce and edit short-form videos (e.g. Reels, Shorts)
Collaborate with the team to promote brand messaging and campaigns
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
Requirements:

Proven experience in content creation and marketing (portfolio required)
Strong background in graphic design and video editing
Familiar with social media trends and content strategies
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with real estate, tech, or development brands is a plus
Understanding of SEO and social media analytics
