Monitor pool activities vigilantly to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety, maintaining an alert presence at all times.Administer first aid and CPR as necessary, demonstrating proficiency in emergency response and life-saving techniques.Conduct regular safety checks on pool equipment and facilities, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs to management promptly.Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.Provide swim instruction and water safety education to guests of various age groups and skill levels, enhancing their swimming abilities.Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency response protocols.Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities and swim events, contributing to a positive community atmosphere.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.Communicate effectively with patrons, addressing their concerns and questions with professionalism and courtesy.Prepare and submit incident reports accurately and promptly, ensuring proper documentation of any emergencies or accidents. – Holds high school diploma or equivalent.- Holds Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) Lifeguard Certification or Abu Dhabi Health Authority (HAAD) or Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Response (AD ECR)- Minimum 5 years experience in swimming pools, water parks or similar environments in U.A.E.
