We are seeking highly qualified and experienced part-time faculty members to join our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. The ideal candidates will bring academic expertise, industry experience, and innovative teaching methodologies to the classroom, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Student Engagement:

• Deliver well-structured, interactive, and engaging lectures for undergraduate students in the BBA program.
• Develop, update, and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with university standards.
• Utilize case studies, real-world business scenarios, and technology-driven teaching methods to enhance student learning.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and participation among students.

2. Academic Mentorship & Support:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to students in their academic journey, career planning, and research projects.
• Offer academic counseling and address student inquiries related to course content.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, presentations, and exams, ensuring timely feedback and academic support.

3. Curriculum Development & Industry Alignment:

• Ensure course content is updated to reflect current industry trends, global business practices, and market demands.
• Integrate practical business insights, emerging trends, and contemporary research into coursework.
• Collaborate with full-time faculty and academic coordinators to enhance the curriculum.

4. Academic Administration & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grading as per university policies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, faculty discussions, and academic committees as needed.
• Adhere to university policies, accreditation standards, and ethical teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required: Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant business discipline.
• Preferred: Ph.D. or significant industry experience in the relevant subject area.

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Strong subject matter expertise in business administration disciplines.
• Industry experience in finance, hospitality, tourism, or marketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging lectures.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management abilities.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and online teaching tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• A commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and research.
