Job Description
• All customer communication to be on recorded calls and ensure all product pricing and features communicated clearly
• Submission of all records/documents are error free and accurate
• Awareness of all products and provide information in an engaging manner to customers
• Maintain effective business relationship with customers
• Ensure proper handover in case of absence, for business continuity
• Provide continuous market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product enhancement
• Maximize cross sell of all banking products
• Follow up on all customer conversions and ensure closure as per TAT to avoid any complaints
• All leads and complaints to be closed within TAT as per SQ guidelines.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on tele Sales.
• Retail banking portfolio management, experience in relationships building and management.
• Knowledge about retail banking products
