Director of Campaigns and Partnerships for 7X Group will be responsible for Developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns via partnerships to support products strategies that will target EP clients and stakeholders utilizing one more element of the partner’s marketing communication channels. Job Responsibilities:AdvertisingDevelop advertising campaign content (writing emails and social media copy), executing offline tactics, and running experiments on email subject.Design and build integrated advertising campaigns mixing digital and offline tactics to deliver leads from prospective customers and existing accounts.Monitor online and offline advertising campaigns on different type of media such as radio, TV, websites (Internal/External), events, sponsorships and magazines, and report on results.Campaign ManagementManage and deliver marketing campaigns from strategy to concept through to design, delivery and evaluation using direct response marketing channels and tactics that entice new clients.Develop and implement marketing campaigns, and plans to build EP brand, company awareness (promotions and competitions).Work with sales directors to design campaigns and ensure effective follow through of Marketing Qualified leads into Sales Qualified leads.Ensure that EP Brand campaign is adhered to all communication channels.Track, Analyze, and report on the transformation marketing campaign activities and ROI of campaigns, to feedback marketing plan and maximize campaign performance.Manage and grow a portfolio of EP products and services, accurately track in customer relationship management CRM database.Develop campaign-planning process with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned and given sufficient time to develop supporting assets at highest possible standard.PartnershipsBuild and develop partnerships with relevant and complimentary companies ie: Banks and other B2C industries as well as events and sponsorships to expand reach and relevance of EP.Content ProductionDesign a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand.Develop a production content calendar throughout the EP units and defining content strategists of the owners in each unit.Integrate of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.Agency ManagementBuild strategic relationships and partner with key agencies, and external partners.Collaborate with external agencies to prepare and execute marketing campaigns and measure the agency’s effectiveness.Responsible for negotiating icw purchasing with media/ PR/ Advertising/ Branding agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materialsTalent ManagementIdentify the required career development and succession plans for employees to make sure the team possesses the required skills to current objectives and to manage potential future changes or challenges.Lead and promote employee motivation through regular communication, performance evaluations, recognition, and career guidance with the best tools to achieve the maximum results.Motivate socially responsible efforts of Brand and Communication team and engage in community programs to benefit the customers, employees, and stakeholders at large.Qualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related is preferred.Experience:5-7 years’ experience in successful marketing campaigns management with 3 years of Customer Relation Management-CRM, utilizing all aspects of the promotional mix across all marketing channels.Must be UAE NationalityJob Specific Skills (Technical Competencies):Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.Strong Analytical & Statistical knowledgeExcellent people skillsExcellent Project & time management skillsKnowledge of customer requirements and market dynamics.Proficiency in digital marketing including social mediaknowledge of Email marketing, CMS Systems.Excellent writing copy and communication skillsStrong in campaign planning skillsAbility to deliver creative campaigns that move people to action
