Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network and systems infrastructure. Managing core systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance, while also leading or contributing to IT infrastructure projects.Ensure network, infrastructure, development, and vendor software comply with information protection standards and requirements.Provide effective desktop, server, and network connectivity support at regional locations.Perform on-site and remote technical support.Deliver emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.Manage equipment maintenance agreements and follow-ups for all offices and branches.Implement security and business continuity processes in alignment with company frameworks and guidelines.Establish and enforce policies and standards for network and telecommunications equipment, servers, and personal computer hardware/software.Coordinate with vendors for all IT infrastructure requirements.Collaborate with the Management Office and branches to ensure seamless system functionality.Assist the IT Manager in developing policies, procedures, and process flows.Carry out tasks assigned by the Line Manager.Conduct regular branch visits and audits.Upgrade, install, and troubleshoot networks, systems, storage, and associated hardware and software.Assist in organizing and inventorying all hardware and software resources.Maintain clear and continuous communication with the IT Manager regarding all tasks and projects.Create and maintain thorough technical documentation.Manage and maintain network address assignments.Contribute to the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of systems, including desktops, servers, and network equipment.Develop, maintain, and monitor server backup procedures.Plan, monitor, and coordinate the deployment of client/server software and service packs.Recommend new equipment and services and liaise with vendors for procurement. VMware & Hyper-V Infrastructure ManagementNetwork & Firewall Management (Checkpoint, FortiGate, SonicWALL)Backup & Storage ManagementMS Exchange Server ManagementCISCO & HP SwitchesSAN, NASWindows / Linux Server AdministrationITSM ToolsProject Management (planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication)5–7 years of experience in System or Network Administration, preferably in the banking and finance industry.Experience in VMware & Hyper-V Infrastructure Management, Network & Firewall Management (Checkpoint / FortiGate / SonicWALL), Backup & Storage Management, MS Exchange Server Management.Strong project management skills and experience in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and vendor coordination, are highly desirable.
