Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely project execution and resolve any administrative issues that may arise.Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices within the organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills.Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and account management roles, showcasing proven expertise.Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language proficiency may be preferred based on client demographics.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.Proactive problem-solving abilities, enabling quick resolution of issues and minimizing disruptions in workflow.Strong technical skills in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient task execution.
