Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression with genuine hospitality.Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolutions to enhance guest satisfaction.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and exceed quality standards.Assist in managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently, minimizing wait times for guests.Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests, enhancing their overall experience and encouraging repeat visits.Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and current promotions to provide accurate information to guests.Process payments and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies.Engage in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Uphold the hotel’s brand standards in all interactions, reinforcing a consistent and positive image to guests.
