UAE National with a passion for hospitality and customer service, embodying local culture and values.Minimum high school diploma; a degree in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry, showcasing a strong understanding of guest needs.Fluency in both Arabic and English, with additional language skills considered a valuable asset in a diverse environment.Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications, ensuring efficient operations.Exceptional problem-solving skills, enabling quick and effective resolution of guest issues and inquiries.Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the hotel’s image and standards at all times.A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, contributing positively to a harmonious work environment.
