Define team goals aligned with department objectives.Prepare and manage operating/capital budgets for crushers, stackers, and reclaimers.Coach and motivate staff; ensure optimal utilization and performance.Supervise crusher operations, ensuring equipment calibration and production accuracy.Meet limestone production targets; coordinate heavy equipment needs with Supply Chain.Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.Handle SAP/GP system processes related to operations.Submit daily reports on breakdowns and stoppages; review production reports and suggest improvements.Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas. Education: High School Diploma or Graduate (Technical training preferred).Experience: 5–8 years in quarry/crusher operations; cement plant background preferred.
