Special Needs Educator required in Al Azra Sharjah Nursery – Part-Time / Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teacher to join our nursery in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with diverse learning needs, creating individualized learning plans, and providing a supportive and inclusive environment. Key responsibilities include adapting teaching strategies, collaborating with therapists and parents, and fostering social and emotional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s in Special Education / Early Childhood Education with SEN specialization or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, adaptability, and knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies
• Preferred: Experience with autism, ADHD, speech delays, or other learning difficulties
• Preferred: Own visa, Own Driving License
