Location: UAEJob Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Engineer or Mechanical Site Engineer to manage and oversee villa, residential, or building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven UAE experience in handling complete site operations, ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality, and timeline requirements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and timelines.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.Implement and monitor safety procedures as per NEBOSH IGC standards.Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, permits, and approvals.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project stakeholders.Supervise site teams, ensuring workforce productivity and safety compliance.Assist in material procurement, cost control, and inventory management.Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) – MandatoryNEBOSH IGC Certification – MandatoryMinimum 5+ years of UAE experience in villa, residential, or building construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and site management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred:UAE driving license is an advantage.Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
