**Role Description:
Virtual PA**
As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Company Owner by providing personalized assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:
– Managing the Company Owner’s schedule and appointments.
– Leading coordination efforts as required by the Company Owner.
– Performing tasks with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
– Executing administrative duties with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

• *Experience**:
– Proven experience in personal assistance and executive administrative roles.
– Background in marketing is essential.
– Previous work experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Familiarity with marketing terminology.
– Proficient in documenting minutes of meetings.
– Ability to identify tasks and follow up on action items discussed in meetings.
– Exceptional typing skills.
– Experience in diary management and clerical tasks.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to adapt to and utilize various digital tools.
– Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Part-time
• *Salary**:
AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
