Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our thriving real estate team in Dubai. You will manage daily office tasks, coordinate schedules, handle property listings, and assist with a touch of telesales, ensuring seamless operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Schedule meetings and maintain team calendars.
• Create and manage property listings, including updates and uploads.
• Prepare and organize property contracts, leases, and reports.
• Conduct light telesales to follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data.
• Assist with marketing materials and property documentation.
• Coordinate office supplies and support team logistics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Basic telesales experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in real estate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
