Educational responsibilities: Tutoring: Provide general academic instruction, to the 2 years old baby.Create personalized lesson plans based on the child’s needs, learning style, and goals.Monitor and assess student progress regularly.Prepare students for tests, exams, or assessments.Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Homework Assistance:Assist with completing homework assignments.Help child develop effective study habits and time management skills.Learning Support:Offer additional support with special educational needs or learning challenges.Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit child’s and parents’ pace and preferences.House Management Responsibilities: Daily Household Routines:Organize and maintain the household schedule, including setting up daily routines.Ensure that chores and household tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) are done efficiently by the house staff.Meal Planning & Preparation:Plan and coordinate with the chef healthy meals for the family.Manage groceries and pantry supplies.Organization & Cleaning: Coordinate with the house staff to ensure that living spaces organized and tidy, ensuring that the home is well-maintained.Time Management:Coordinate between tutoring schedules, family needs, and household chores, ensuring a smooth flow of the day-to-day activities.Event/Activity Planning:Plan and organize activities, both educational and recreational, for students.Take part in organizing family or social events when necessary.Communication:Maintain open communication with the family regarding the student’s progress, household needs, and any concerns or changeTravel: Organize family trips and travel with the family when it’s required.
