Responsibilities:
• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client health, goals, and limitations to tailor programs accordingly.
• Design individualized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness goals and assessments
• Motivate and guide clients through exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Lead both individual and group training sessions.
• Assist clients on the gym floor, ensuring safe usage of equipment.
• Maximize client renewals and referrals through exceptional service delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement new exercise techniques.
• Educate clients on gym safety, hygiene, and nutritional habits.
• Manage schedule changes promptly and communicate effectively with clients.
• Promote personal training packages and acquire new clients through effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Track client progress, monitor results, and adjust programs for optimal results.
• Build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.
• Contribute to sales and promotion of fitness packages and must be involved in all the sales and marketing activities.
• Educate clients on BMI, body composition analysis, fat loss, muscle gain, nutrition, and sleep.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Client Acquisition Rate: Number of new clients signed up within a specific period.
• Session Completion Rate: Percentage of scheduled sessions attended by clients.
• Client Progress: Tracked by improvement in fitness assessments and goal achievement.
• Average Revenue per Client (ARPC): Average revenue generated from each client.
• Client Retention Rate: Percentage of existing clients who renew their training packages.
• Renewal Value: Average revenue generated from client renewals compared to initial purchases.
• Positive Client Reviews: Number of minimum 4 or 5-star reviews received from each client.
• Revenue Generation: Tracked by total personal training revenue generated.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
