We’re hiring a freelance Art Assistant to jump into short-term projects—from commercial shoots to event styling—where your knack for sourcing props, building sets, and solving last-minute creative will shine. This is project-to-project work, ideal for someone with a flexible schedule and a reliable car.

You’ll Be:

✅ Sourcing & Styling:

– Raiding Dubai’s markets (Dragon Mart, Deira, thrift stores) for props, furniture, and set dressings.

– Assisting with event/interior setups—styling spaces to match creative briefs.

✅ Pre-Production Prep:

– Building client decks (PPT/Canva) and mood boards.

– Tracking budgets and rentals in Excel/Sheets.

✅ On-Site Support:

– Dressing sets, managing props, and troubleshooting on shoot days.

– Using your car for pickups/drop-offs (mileage reimbursed).

We Need Someone Who:

– Knows Dubai inside out—where to find everything from vintage lamps to bespoke fabrics.

– Thrives in chaos—adapts to last-minute changes and tight deadlines.

– Owns a car (non-negotiable) and can lift/haul props.

– Has basic tech skills: PPT for pitches, Excel for budgets, WhatsApp for vendor haggling.
