Requirements:Applicants must meet one of the following ADEK-approved pathways:

A Bachelor s Degree in Social Work or Social Service with 2 years experience in youth-related social work

OR a Bachelor s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Youth Development, Sociology, or a related subject with 4 years experience in youth-related social work(For UAE Nationals, experience is not required but preferred)

Licensing:

Must meet ADEK licensing requirements

DCD license required as per the Department of Community Development guidelines
