Your role: Managing the development of reporting tools for operational management as well as the deployment of Supply Chain excellence initiatives across the META region. The VIE will have to lead Supply Chain projects: style=”margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm” type=”disc”- -Use the SAP Business Intelligence tool to develop management dashboards at all management levels in the system, based on the KPIs already defined as well as on indicators still to be identified (across the entire operations scope). -Create and deploy a “Supply Chain University” within the META SC community in order to raise the level of maturity. -Participate in the implementation and conduct of Supply Chain maturity audits with the various entities in the region. -Lead other projects depending on the VIE’s capacity to absorb the first actions and the priorities defined by the management team. Profile: style=”margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px”- -BAC +5 training in supply chain/logistics, industrial engineering, IT -A first experience in logistics is highly appreciated -A previous experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is mandatory -A previous collaboration with interlocutors of different nationalities would be a plus-Required technical skills: style=”list-style-type:circle;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm”- -Six Sigma certification (included in some engineering degrees or acquired through initial field experience). -Proficiency in VBA. -Knowledge of inventory management and production flow management.
