Job Summary:This role is focused on the end-to-end execution of targeted CRM marketing initiatives by SHARE marketing, aimed at driving immediate customer engagement and strengthening brand loyalty. The Associate will implement and manage all executions, including automated campaigns, personalized email flows, and omnichannel engagement initiatives. The job requires close coordination with internal teams, including SHARE product marketers, creative hub, Campaign Execution Hub (external), Business Unit SPOCS, to execute campaign strategies from setup, segmentation, and approval processes to deployment, tracking, and optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and leverage data insights to refine engagement tactics, delivering measurable results and enhancing overall customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the deployment of targeted and automated email flows, push notifications, and omnichannel CRM engagement tactics using platforms such as Braze, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Lead on campaign execution – Set up and execute campaigns based on the briefs and requirements provided by the Business Units or the SHARE Product Marketing Managers, including but not limited to campaign set up in Exsell, Braze, audience set up, coordination with external EHub team, etc.Support the Marketing Managers on each campaign end-to-end, including ideation, content/creative development, offer creation, etc.Additionally, customize outreach by market and segments, fueled by insights as needed.Collaborate with both internal teams and the broader execution teams (Marketing, Agency, Product, Analytics) to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution across multiple channels.Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive testing, learning, and optimization.Support the optimization of processes by looking for ways of working to streamline processes and increase efficiency.Support discussions with Business Units to gather input for upcoming engagement tactics based on business needs.Work closely with the Analytics and Business Insights teams to understand data requirements, review insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Align and present campaign KPIs, gather stakeholder feedback, and generate ideas for campaign improvements.Partner with Content and Creative Teams to bring engagement tactics to life in a meaningful and relevant way for various customer segments across all CRM channels.Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports, highlighting key insights, opportunities for optimization, and necessary adjustments.High engagement metrics per initiative executed, from open rates to usage and beyondStrong below-the-line metrics on all communications executed (email, push, in-app, etc)Scalable automation of marketing campaigns via digital channelsTimely resolution of issuesTimely delivery of all initiativesA collaborative environment with Insights, Business Units, and across Customer Solutions, SHAREAccurate and transparent tracking of campaign activities and performancePositive feedback from internal stakeholders and cross-business unit interactionNeed to have a can-do attitude, a proactive mindset, and communicate freely across various levels and stakeholders within the company.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving abilities, team player 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, CRM, and/or customer engagement role in the Gulf region.3+ years executing below-the-line communications, including email, SMS, and push messagesBachelor’s degree. Master’s degree or MBA preferredHands-on expertise in a leading Marketing Automation Application such as Braze.Proven record of ideating and executing creative engagement tactics with a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, A/B testing, and optimizing performance.Knowledge of HTML / CSS / JSON logic (used in template automation) is preferred.Proven creativity and innovation in setting up engaging content and campaigns.Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.Understanding of the Arabic Language is preferred, but not mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
