Key Responsibilities:
Capture stunning video footage of both residential and commercial properties. Conduct engaging interviews with agents and clients for feature videos. Edit and create impactful promotional videos that elevate our listings. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative storyboards and concepts. Ensure timely delivery of videos that meet top-quality standards. Stay up to date with the latest videography trends and techniques to keep our content fresh.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate. Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio techniques. A knack for storytelling and creative vision. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. A portfolio of previous videography work, especially in real estate.
Preferred Skills:
Drone videography experience is a big plus Basic knowledge of real estate markets and trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
