Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the medical center’s floor.

· Ensure smooth patient flow and coordination between departments.

· Supervise staff and maintain high service standards.

· Handle patient concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospital/clinic management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments efficiently.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care standard.

AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
