We are seeking a Senior Accountant/ Team Lead with 4 years of experience in Accounting and prefer to have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting consultancy firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have team leadership experience, a strong command of VAT and IFRS standards, and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Knowledge of payroll systems & WPSManage accounting functions for multiple clients across various industries.Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRSAdvise clients on tax strategies and business structuring for optimization.Oversee payroll processing and WPS/EPS administration.Conduct feasibility studies, business valuations, and financial analysis. Minimum 2 years of experience in a UAE-based accounting consultancy.Proven team leadership and client management experience.Strong understanding of VAT, IFRSHands-on experience with payroll, WPS,Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.Educational background in CA, CA Inter, MBA, or equivalentFamiliarity with accounting software Skills:Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
