Accountants in UAE are responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting business decision-making. They work in various industries, including manufacturing, banking, retail, and IT, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and prepare financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (e.g., VAT, Income Tax)
• Conduct audits and financial reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare financial statements following IFRS standards
• Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA, ACCA, or CMA certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
